Not much going on today...I've got a lunch date with Grade School (JJ & Missy might know her as my friend since 6th grade...red hair, was in my wedding...yada yada yada). We're going to Pickety Place for lunch :) I haven't been there in a while, and am looking forward to "hangin" with her :) We haven't just hung out for a while...

Better go...I've gotta get ready!! :)

Guess what we're doing today?!?! LOL Yep, today is Day 1 of Potty Training Boot Camp!! LOL :) J/K...Well, it is day 1!! Yeah, and the kid on the pkg. of those pull ups is obviously getting paid to look that happy about potty training, because Princess is NOT thrilled...So far, we're 0 for 3...and she's wet her pull ups twice...So, we need to get a bigger pkg. of pull ups...Good thing we got that coupon in the mail the other day!! $1.50 off, too!!

She's being such a Diva about this...So much for girls being easier to train!! LOL :)

Okay, I know you all have pointers, so even if you've only lurked before, PLEASE, share some advice or a good method to use...We've been going every 15-30 minutes to sit on the potty...And, she's been wet shortly after just sitting on the potty (we're talking 2minutes, and it's really starting to make me mad!! LOL)

WooHoo!! Princess just counted to 14 by herself!! She's counting out loud from another room, and I just heard her!! :) LOL

Okay, better go, it's potty time!! LOL

I'm so depressed...

Mandisa's gone...and I haven't been voting, so I feel just terrible!! Okay, so I might be acting a little overdramatic (No!! Not ME!! LOL) I'm not THAT upset, but I was shocked, and can't understand why Bucky is STILL there...he is this year's Anthony, I think...at first I thought Chicken Little (Kevin) would be "Anthony" but nope...it's even worse...it's Bucky...No offense to any Bucky fans, but he has been the most consistently "horrid" as Simon would say...

So, speaking of my Dad's job...I realize that this isn't the greatest of circumstances, and that it will make things tight for my parents for a while, but I can't help but feel a little relieved...I don't know if you all realize just how hard of a labor job they have (he & Uncle FunnyHat). In those previous conversations we've had about watching our parents grow older, I've just felt sick to my stomach thinking of my Dad working himself to the bone (sometimes literally, he's been burned that bad by the hot steel he works with), and have been praying that the Lord remove him from that level of intensity, and "reposition" him somewhere else...Now, I've been praying this because of his health, not because I want them to be poor!! Puleeze!! LOL :) I just worry about him working so hard... Now, there is talk of retraining for some other trade, or going back to school or whatever...Dad's even talked about (I don't know how seriously) going to Sinclair & training as an X-ray tech or something liek that in a hospital...

I really believe it's for the best, especially for their health...that's just my opinion, though...

I don't, on the other hand, think it's right of the company to be doing things like this, though...I think it's terrible that so many of these factory jobs are going over seas to be done...I could delve a little deeper into that, but I don't know enough to validate what I think is happening...But, whatever, wrong is wrong, and right is right. And, they were not right in how they handled things...

Okay, enough "shop talk" (literally!! LOL That's how Dad refers to his workplace, the "shop").

Anyways, I'd better go & get a move on...tonight (as far as I know) is PT practice :) And, King's home to take care of Princess!! :) YAY!! :) So, a "stress-free" practice :)

I'll leave you with a pic of a pic of my & Daisy when we were kids growing up at the time in the house they just bought from my parents :) Oh, and talk about memory lane!! I get deja vu every time I go over to visit them!! It's wild!! LOL We loved that bathroom, because it was big enough for both of us to get dressed for school/church in , and we had a lot of fights & giggles over that counter!! LOL

I know, I know, It's been a while!! LOL

And, I don't mean to sound like I think I'm the only busy person out there!! LOL I get tired just listening to what you all accomplish every day, AND make time to come here & post :)

I've just been chillin' this week, though...I've had enough party planning for a little while :)

Daisy & Baby Daffodil are doing great :) I guess she's getting fussy for them more...she hardly ever cried when she was first born, but she's really making up for it, now!! LOL Luckily, I'm not there when she starts all that :) It's usually just when Mommy & Daddy are all alone with her :) She's so cute, too!! :) I'll have to see if I've got a more recent picture of her...

Don't even ask me about the gym...

Oh, I've been in my "bookworm/homebody" mood lately...I can't help it when I get like this, but I can't get enough reading done, and hate to go out...even to Wal Mart!! And, you've noticed my computer habits :) LOL

Oh, and I promise to change the backgrounds to my Easter stuff ASAP!! LOL :) I've just not had enough time on here lately...blah, blah, blah :)
